Oh, thank you so much for thinking so🤗 It is diverse, true..there is so much wonderful music out there from all eras and genres that my taste in music is crazily eclectic. But it is true that I get one to less than 5 hearts when I post music. Athough I think that we all notice that on SW, people generally give low ratings to musical posts, why that is, I don't know ...but in my case, I'm more inclined to think that my taste in music sucks hahaha😂

Musical eclecticism is the ideal, at least for someone who is as indecisive as me when it comes to choosing «favorites» in highly subjective areas like music, art, cuisine and more, even just picking favorite colors. In a realm like music variety is very much a «spice of life» which accentuates changing moods and the like, particularly for ever more multidimensional and complex people ☺
I think maybe music tends to be a very personal choice, so more often than not most music posts are more likely to just be outright ignored, and to get few reactions on SW unless maybe one has dozens of fawning followers, or maybe something like humor posts generally have a more broad spectrum appeal and are easier / quicker to digest? Whatever the case, please don't let a lack of reactions dissuade you from sharing further musical posts, and never let make you think something as harsh like your musical taste sucks, gosh that isn't even the truth at all, far from it ☺ And then sucks for who? It is your taste, the sounds that appeal to you give you joy and you are the only person you have to please when it comes to taste in different modes of art for instance, it isn't your sentence to have to make yourself like things to gain favor with others, things that would not naturally speak to you 🤗
Obviously I am biased, but I've seen the wide edges of your tastes in multiple directions, and I assure you your tastes are wonderful, and I find kindred common ground in them (but again, no one else's opinion but yours matters in this regard), and I thank you for every aural slice that you ever feel inspired to generously share ☺

I understand that perfectly, it is hard to choose from so many, just one single favorite. Variety is indeed the spice of life,it widens our horizons, enabling us to appreciate many wonderful things.
Yes, I agree, music is a personal choice and our tastes may be very different from others and yet similar to others as well. True, humorous posts get more following and appreciation...especially in these times of turmoil...I think people are just so fed up with so many bad news that they prefer to just take a break from all of that. Oh, it's okay, very little reactions or response when I post music doesn't bother me at all because my intention for posting them is simply to share the music., it's never for validation or wanting to garner attention just like when I post funny things, I just want people to have a nice time. ☺Don't worry, when I said my taste in music sucks...it's me being self deprecating, , something I'm prone to do to get laughs and it's really not to put myself down. I'm confident yet accepting of my many flaws. I like my feet firmly planted on the ground and not have lofty ideas about myself, it keeps me grounded and I'm quite comfortable just being simple and normal like everyone else.Thank you for your wise advice, I appreciate it 🤗

You have a substantial amount of knowledge regarding music and their history that I find it admirable, my dear friend, how you have that gift of finding good music.
