@EPreject ASMR helps me to sleep.
First it puts me into a trance, then it puts me to sleep.
Kinda like when you're sitting at your desk in the schoolroom, watching a documentary and you're mesmerised by the images flickering on the screen coupled with the narrator's voice and it gets you to the point where you're struggling to stay awake, only to doze off.
