Should the US government subsidize sissies?

I am a major, openly self-confessed sissy. I don't handle pain, or even discomfort, very well. I literally faint at the sight of blood, especially if it's my own and plenty of it.

It occurred to me recently that my government (I'm a US American) should pay people like me NOT to join the Army or any other military group designed to defend my country, the same way some farmers are paid not to grow certain crops such as soybeans or tobacco. Subsidies for sissies, is it an idea whose time has come? I know how much potential harm I might do serving in a military outfit.
