@mynameisrose: Studies conducted at Cornell University in 1997 by Dr.Albert Mehrabin found that 7% of communication is conveyed by language. 38% through vocal elements. 55% through non verbal expression.
If you subtract 7% vocal content you get a 93% statistic.
