Should I be honest?

A friend called me and asked for my opinion about his wife. He said, “Hey, I was wondering if you can tell me if a woman can get a hickey between her legs from sitting on the toilet for too long?” He stated it was red on both sides of her inner thigh and looks like a hickey but is unsure. When he mentioned it to his wife, she said she sat on the toilet for forty five minutes.
