He is wandering through the halls and the laundry area yelling at Xfinity on his phone. Near as I can tell, he drives to the Xfinity store with his cash money in an envelope and he is such an a-hole he refuses to wait to be sure it is credited to...

Update: he wandered back into the laundry room, and just to be kind, I explained that cable comes out of his rent, and that he signed a contract to that effect...so that since he would be FORCED to pay for cable anyway, he might not want to get rid of the box.

He yelled some more.

@4meAndyou Some people are not terribly bright. What made him take cash to Comcast anyway? And who doesn't stick around to get a receipt??? 🤷‍♂

He sounds very disturbed. Those people often make difficult neighbours at times.

@FreddieUK Yes. He announced, when he first moved in, that he had a skull injury. Big scar in the middle of his forehead. That might have something to do with all the anger.
