Right now I should be having a delicious breakfast with a good friend I haven’t sat down and chatted about life with in a good bit.

That was the plan anyway. But this week ran me ragged so much that I unfortunately had to cancel. I hate that too considering how hard it is to carve out time when you and your buddies are busy adults with very little actual free time.

Kinda kicking myself for my inability to suck it up buttercup, but truth be told I was still sleeping when we were supposed to be meeting up. That alone tells me I made the right decision. It’s still a hard one to sit with when you know how much fun it would’ve been to share the same air as those you choose to have in your little circle of awesomeness. Good people that don’t make you constantly roll your eyes at the words they choose to roll off their lips are rare these days. And because of that, I’m going to send an extravagant bouquet of flowers to his workplace Monday with a note attached thanking him for an incredible night of multiple orgasms. It’s the least I can do 😌
