Jesus, I tried and I tried, and I still couldn’t reach the bottle of Gatorade on the top shelf. I’m even wearing my boots 🙄

So, naturally I looked down the aisle for someone taller than me. Enter the couple.

He had maybe two inches on me, but I knew his arms would be longer than mine. I came up to them and asked if I could borrow his arm length. He just looked at me, smiled, and said, “…huh?” I laughed ever so slightly and repeated myself. His wife immediately laughed and told him to go help me.

Not only did he reach it with zero strain, the dude grabbed it from the top of its cap.

I told him he was just bragging now 😒

A good three inches, man. I’m telling ya, it’s all I need to defeat that damn shelf.

I’ve noticed at the Walmarts they turn the labels away from the aisle up on the tippy top storage shelves. I’m 6’3” and change, I can still reach.

@Thatsright 6’3” and change. I don’t know why, but I found the change part way too funny.

I just looked it up, I know you and others know what it is.

Here’s what I meant,
“and change
phrase
US, informal
: and a very small additional amount
There's only six minutes and change left in the game.”

But …

“ Publications: "& Change" is also now historical, publisher of gay poetry and literature founded to honor the Gay Liberation era.”

Not that there’s anything wrong with that.
