Slept like complete dog 💩 yet my workout app says I’m at my peak today and able to train hard.

It even had the nerve to add a “You need to prioritize sleep tonight” thought. …these apps that I pay for need to watch their damn tone 🤨

Anyways, a new day awaits 😩

@PerfectionOfTheHeart Smaller scoops. ;) I've got a couple old snow shovels that I bet are 50 years old or better. One is pretty worn down now. But I love them because after use the end grinds down to a sharp edge like a knife. Makes cutting under packed snow much better/easier than the new plastic shovels of today.
