It think it's possible, but it will take a long time to root out enough of the corruption within the gov't. I grew up in CA back in the days Reagan was governor, and the state was still relatively sane. Then governor Moonbeam got elected in '75, and that started the downhill slide.

lived in Sonoma Cal. in 1960-70es. got to where you can't buy a job. went east where things were happing.

With the help of God after lessons are learned by the people and justice has been dealt and examples made of those in charge behind this mess. California had and still has so much potential for this nation and hopefully we’ll get to see it develop back into that again.
