I Believe a Good Sense of Humor Is Important

Definitely needed if you work in the customer service industry!. Some cultures can come across as offensive especially if you're not used to them, working in a pub I can say this is something I face weekly if not daily. It's amazing how many times I can get mad but you need to laugh it off or as I say just turn a negative to a positive.

Definitely helps with work! And not only work of course just your daily life.

You never know what kind of day someone is having and if your good sense of humour makes someone smile then that's all the reason you need to stay fun and positive ✌️
