My doors been opening and closing because of the wind all day

When it’s windy the feral cat won’t come over here and eat, she is so scared something is going to sneak up behind her and get her because she can’t hear so well when the wind is fierce.

How to fix that?

Would putting a towel under the door to stop it from moving help?
