How in the holy fuck did Jesus find guys named Peter,John,Matthew,Philip, Andrew,Thomas and Simon in the middle east?

Cultural whitewashing. In other words they anglicized the original Hebrew names. They literally dumbed down the Bible cause the Hebrew names were too hard and scary for the people. The is a translation called the Hebrew names Bible which preserves the original names.
