@swirlie I appreciate you. I will say that I responded very toxically to her when she was telling me she had nothing to say to me. The whole thing started because she had posted something about people having political opinions being the worst kind of people, and I took exception.
I very unhelpfully heaped a bunch of sarcastic insults on myself, and in my rage, I said some things nobody should ever say.

@LordShadowfire
I actually seem to recall that toxic political interaction she was having with someone in reference to that specific post you now mention, but I didn't know it was you.
I can also say that her response to you had occurred immediately after her and I had words about voting in the Presidential Election.
Trump had just won the Election and the State that ducky lives in has always been a blue State. Suddenly her State lost to a Republican and now her State became a red State overnight, which of course contributed to Trump's win.
I raised issue in my own post with the fact that in her State, there was only a 40% voter turnout and the majority of those who DID go out to vote were clearly Republicans, not Democrats. This was because Trump's win was caused by a lack of Democrats showing up to vote, not because of an over-abundance of Republicans who came out of the woodwork and suddenly showed up to vote. In the entire USA, there was only a 51% voter turnout.
Ducky then admitted to me that SHE herself NEVER went out to vote because she was watching a movie on TV and couldn't be bothered... and then I fukking lost it with her.
To this day she hasn't spoken to me, nor does she have me blocked, but when a person DOES NOT get off their lazy fukking assss to go out and vote, in my opinion they relinquish all Rights to publicly voice their opinion about people who have political opinions.
When we don't vote, we lose our Right to voice our opinion of the outcome.

@swirlie Yeah. This is what she does. She doesn't block, she just refuses to ever give you another chance, and with my low self-esteem at the time, that led to me calling her the queen of the universe and some other stuff that I won't repeat. Whatever she accuses me of, I did, and I'm not proud.
For what it's worth, at that time, I was deep in the closet, refusing to admit who I am, and taking it out on pretty much anybody who insulted me. I would heap more insults on myself as a toxic coping mechanism.
All of this probably led to her thinking that's my whole personality, and I can understand that. And it's another unfortunate trait of mine that I never give up trying to fix things I can't fix.
Anyway, I have to go. It's time for my therapy appointment, LOL.

I wouldn't because he might take it as an invitation to text when you are NOT on the clock.
