The many nuances of eggs.

Presumably, we're all happy with "egg whites" as a description. So why aren't yolks called egg yellows?

Eggcellent question 8-) Egg 'white' is white when chemically changed through application of heat. Totally different to 'white people' who cook through the application of heat.

@rachel25 I don't have a social life or any circle of friends being that I'm neuro-atypical, doing shiftwork around parenting my daughter, plus introverted and socially phobic and scared of dating/romance/sex/intimacy. I don't go to parties (christmas, work, weddings, etc.).
