Trying to not be ONLY sad, and laugh when something is funny....

I called the other day to check on prices to have at home euthanasia (5x the price?!) for my cat, Booty....

Amazing customer service..CSR demured so sincerely and seriously...

"Aww I'll be thinking about your sweet Booty all week"!!!
