Ours (UK) isn't. It's not even "ours" but owned by some Canadian teachers' union. Or was, I'm not sure if it still is.
I gave up on it when they both doubled the stake from £1 to £2 and hugely multiplied the already vast odds against winning even a 4-figure sum by upping the 6 from 49, to 6 from 50.
