Is the training to notch or more like hoping no one gets injured?

if nothing else in the world can teach patience, training new employees will definitely do it. well, that and raising kids. theres no hope with me and fitted sheets though. LOL

Exactly you can't expect people to instantly know what they are doing.

Having me as a mom has taught my kids patience 😂
