Somewhere an Osha manual burst into flames...or wait y'all have an Osha manual?

Is the training to notch or more like hoping no one gets injured?

Do you like training people or would rather fold a fitted sheet till you got it right

@1490wayb no you are not alone. I never was so upset after I stepped away from equipment training as i was the day they gave someone about 10 minutes worth of training on a 10k lb pc of equipment. The man stated he wasn't comfortable and they put him on it anyways.

Long story short he had an accident and had to have hiw foot amputated. In my opinion the superior should have been fired
@1490wayb but the cleaning team isn't employees. Contract labor. No standard, no OSHA. No sick days. Just suffering
