How do you feel about Mayim Bialik hosting jeopardy?

I'm watching it for first time and nothing against her but I wish they had the actor who played Sheldon instead. And than have him talk shit/say something smartass like he does on the show when they're incorrect lol. Would be pretty funny lol. I know that'd be damn near impossible since jeopardy isn't scripted where as big bang is, plus jeopardy isn't really supposed to be funny lol

Ah he could have smartass zingers printed on the card for when they get them wrong so he knew what to say. Just because it isn't scripted doesn't mean it's not directed.

@Doomflower lol that would be a good idea, too bad they didn't do that instead of her. Would have been hilarious!
I think an actually smart and highly educated woman makes more sense than a guy who played one on TV. In fact I think she was the only cast member with a STEM background.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow yea, jeopardy isn't really a funny game show. More of a smart person game show. Does make more sense to have her on there.

Bialik actually has a PhD tho, the dude who played Sheldon just looks like a dork.

Stopped watching it.

It's a well-produced show. I used to do QC(quality control) on the shows before they aired and we rarely if ever had any issues with them, either technical or content. Those people know what they're doing.

@Sweetguy024 No, we were in NYC, they were in LA. We just distributed the shows. Never met Alex. Met people who came through New York.

@uncalled4 ah I got ya

@Sweetguy024 Yep. We did Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, Rachael Ray, Inside Edition, a bunch of shows like that.
I don’t really watch it, so I wasn’t aware. But as you said, it’s not really a comedy. Bialik is more like Amy Farrah-Fowler in rl than Jim Parsons is like Sheldon Cooper.
