What accent makes a person sound stupid?

@REMsleep Now that annoys me. A client called an office where I was working, and didn’t know the salesperson she’d spoken to, but "knew he was black". Turned out he wasn’t; it was a kid the others used to call "Eminem". 😳

@bijouxbroussard @REMsleep There is apparently a whole subculture among white people now. They've owned the derogatory term "wigger" (with apologies), and they wear baggy clothes and listen to gangsta rap while smoking crack.
