Have you ever heard about the legend of the abbagoochie?
I remember reading about this as a teenager. I think a taxidermist created it, but I'm not certain. There's even a huge backstory that was created for it, including how a small number of them were released in West Virginia to take care of some predators.
I needed a laugh one night so I watched a show on sasquatch hunting. The host breathlessly proclaimed "This is prime sasquatch habitat. After I stopped laughing I asked the silly question "How would you know?". No one has ever seen a sasquatch let alone in its native habitat so.....
people swear they exist, yet in this age of video surveillance everywhere and a camera on everyones phone, not a single person has ever captured a clear believable picture of one...
their only "proof" is a grainy, low resolution, smattering of pixels that looks like it was taken with a potato... 🤔
