I should stop sharing my Warhammer stuff

I send them to friends because I'm excited about the models I've painted, but they mostly either don't respond or I get a disheartening and kind of dismissive "well done". It's like the borderline radio silence I get here, but from people I actually care about.

Actually I'm not sure how many of them actually care about me, like genuinely and sincerely. I have all of one friend who spends time with me outside of work, and I know all of them from one job or another. Sometimes it feels like they're just humouring me and I get the impression that at keast s few are kind of sick of me. Hopefully I'm just overthinking this whole thing though.

I haven't seen your stuff, but I hope your sense of pride in it comes from pleasing yourself, not other people. Most of us have a random hoppy we can't really sell to other people.. For example I keep homong pigeons. There is a lot of science to it, I produce beautiful colors and strong flyers, I'm constantly improving them....Are you asleep yet?😴
Nobody cares but me. They add a lot to my life though, so I've stoped caring what the world thinks about it.
Do what you love for yourself.
