When I need to be alone, sometimes just a short drive helps. Drive a little slower, turn up the radio, sing along as loud as I want. Music can be some pretty good therapy. A Whitney Houston song came on and even though I cannot sing, I did anyway. I am still trying to figure out why I ended up sobbing uncontrollably. I had to pull over and just let it out.
