I Want Someone I Can Tell Anything To

But since I can't, I will get back to using this place as I intended, a place to vent, heard or not...

When I need to be alone, sometimes just a short drive helps. Drive a little slower, turn up the radio, sing along as loud as I want. Music can be some pretty good therapy. A Whitney Houston song came on and even though I cannot sing, I did anyway. I am still trying to figure out why I ended up sobbing uncontrollably. I had to pull over and just let it out. Maybe thats what it was all about...

I think sometimes that suppressed feelings keep stacking up and when the dam breaks it's not only for today's issue but for the other stuff also.

I love the drive idea. How about picking out a favorite "cry" destination and go there every time. One near a coffee shop for when you are ready to put your pieces back together :) A far better option than a bar :)

I'm really just speaking for myself.

@Heartlander: yeah, I wouldnt put myself in a bar in my current frame of mind, that wouldnt be good for anyone.

you mentioned finding a cry destination and putting my pieces back together...

Im telling you, I feel so broken, I don't know if the pieces fit anymore

Well, it's like a big puzzle. You don't even know if you have all the pieces until you get closer to putting it all together :) But their are probably a few important pieces. When you get to that coffee shop a good start is to list the important pieces. Only you will see them so don't worry about making any mistakes. Worry about the rest later :)
