I fucked up

My bf told me that our gf is his #1 gf because they share a group of friends together and doesn't want to go through the awkward stage of friends picking sides if they break up, so he prioritizes her happiness over mine, and i told her and now she feels used and i feel guilty that I broke his trust, and she has to break his trust to protect my trust. And it's a mess.
