Is this unfair?

I am temp agency and I don’t think it’s fair that they’re making me train their new staff because I am the friendliest (most competent) person working here

When the supervisor told me I told him I don’t feel comfortable training their staff when I basically just do universal things that apply to every facility. and i not know the proper policies and procedures so I don’t want to be held accountable for training the staff incorrectly

The supervisor said it’s fine don’t worry about it

I’m still mad 😠 and think this shit is unfair.

So don't do it.
Temporary!
And how are you gonna get paid if they are the ones hiring you for the position?! 😳
I wanna know what rate they are gonna bill you out , that they can justify to themselves. 🤨
You are definitely being taken advantage of.
You can refuse the assignment stating lack of procedure knowledge, training and work experience.

@PoeticPlay
Also.
Stamping you foot and stating loudly "I don't wanna!" works brilliantly!

So they are basically having you do something that you didn't sign up for...

@DeluxedEdition
Can't blame them really. 🤔

My answer would Depend on the person I work with.

I had to train a annoying guy who kept asking inappropriate questions and a girl who wanted me to do the job for her.

Since I would be be fired if I punched them I kept my training to minimum.

Yes,it's not fair...same kind of scenario happened with my other friend years ago..
She stopped being good then only they stopped taking advantage of her goodness!

Tell them neither you are trained to work as trainer, nor you are paid for it. So i can't accept this responsibility.
