I feel so lonely. I have no opportunities to socialize in real life.

Same here.. but we can definitely make some opportunities, I just don't think were motivated enough.
Here are some examples of things you could do:
Join a yoga class, biking class etc
Get a job that involves interacting with people
Volunteer
Sign up for classes like cooking, painting etc
Attend events
Join groups on Facebook.
Sign up on a dating app. (If a boyfriend is what you're looking for)

It's very easy being a woman on a dating app.. lol for guys not so much

Go out somewhere go places you normally wouldn't go,. Start taking a class, start going to a local restaurant, get on a dating app. There are many ways to meet people

@sahi81 I'm from Australia,

But if you're nervous about socialising, have you tried just going to public areas and hanging out while doing your own thing?

Places like cafes, libraries etc?
If you become a regular to a particular library or cafe, you can observe other regulars from a distance, and gradually and subtly learn about them, their personality etc.

It helps too if you go with female friends if you can, because safety in numbers

Also, you might be more likely to attract a quiet type because if they become familiar with your presence from a distance, they may finally work up the courage to talk to you because they feel familiar.

It's not just about meeting people, it's about observing from a distance, seeing them in their natural habitat type of thing
