I'm feeling a bit better now
I'm still fighting against worsening thoughts but for right now I've managed to stem the tide. Eating and hanging out with a friend has helped. Still massively touch-starved and lonely, but I'll take what I can get.
And thank you to whoever reported me for suicidal thoughts. I appreciate the concern, but I'm really not actually a threat to myself or others. I wonder if it's the same person or a different person each time.
