@Mordechai 🤔i am glad you have the conquered your demons and will randomly talk to perfect strangers you find interest . my dad he had the opposite problem if i was on holiday he would be the sort who would make conversation with other guests and was good at breaking the ice with people

That is a fun interesting idea. Just walk up to a total stranger and say
"Hello, do you have time for a quick chat?"
"Well, I am actually waiting for my bus so sure"
"You live near here?"
<looks at you suspiciously and moves back a step>
"Oh sorry, I mean.. um.. I live near by and I have a problem talking to people, and my plan is to talk to someone each day and see if that helps"
"I see OK, umm... yea, not too far from here.. you seem normal enough"
"Oops, here comes the bus"
"Bye"

I have tried it! it's very satisfying, I got to know two sweet old people. It's sweet. One of them saw me again randomly in the street today, stopped me and asked how I was etc.
