My neighbour is making me crazy

She keeps coming over unannounced when I’m cooking dinner and rings and rings the bell and knocks on the door endlessly. It’s ok once in a while but this is almost every day over the past week. She’s nice enough but I just wish she’d come later and not at dinner time. And not to continue knocking and knocking and ringing the bell for five minutes

Tell her you're not available at certain times, because you're keeping your schedule and if not kept it really messes up everything else. Then suggest times that work better for you for her to hammer on your door.

@come2gether that’s the problem. I think if I told her she would likely not understand because she barely speaks any English and she tries to speak to me with the three or four words that she knows and with hand gestures

Plus, she keeps saying the word church ‘you go church’ and I’m not going there
