I so agree.

I hate when my mother refers to my previous friends as boyfriends meaning something sexual when they really were not. Just friends. Why may a boy and a girl just be friends?

Yes. My sister had First class Physics in Exeter. My mother is quick to point out that First class from other universities is not the same. After years of being second best I have a First in Art from the University of Wales. But it’s Art! It’s not Physics. @Justme264

@ninalanyon Yes. But she just ignores me. At school my best friend was a boy. As we grew up he had girlfriends but we still were friends. He played piano to accompany me in my clarinet exams.
