Morning routine

Wake up

Stumble out of bed and get my first cup of coffee.

Take a look at the news and weather.

Make a bowl of oatmeal and a second cup of coffee, then continue looking at the news, check emails, check social media (mainly SW).

Decide it's time to get the day going, but usually with a macchiato in hand.

Get up around 4:30 am, feed the cat and dog, make coffee, have first cup. Go for a 3-1/2 mile jog, shower, get dressed, head to work around 7, have follow up coffee along with a flax seed brownie muffin and a banana

Wake up around 6:30 am.
Check my phone.
Get sucked into email and social media.
Sometimes alone time. ;)
Mediate.
Visualize.
Get up and do three sun salutations.
Drink water.
Exercise (Pilates, TRX, or walking).
Drink black coffee while I journal.

A small bowl of cold gruel. Then I weep bitter tears.

🤔 am i alone or in company?

I get up really early and drive to work
I get ready there
Take a shower and relax, perhaps have breakfast

I get woken by the cat around 4am and we sit and chat for a while before I get up.
A quick shower, teeth etc... and half get dressed.
I make a lemon, ginger, acv, cinnamon and honey drink which I drink as I make breakfast and lunches.
I sit in silence for a while until eventually the others join me.
I wash my dishes, go finish getting dressed and do my make up.
Help my daughter with her hair.
Then we go to work.

wake up, 3 mile run, coffee, oatmeal, emails, clean up, go to work
