Are you able to have a regular morning routine

Can you elevate it by dipping in a Koud ice bath?

Like wtf who would actually do that?

My morning routine is to not have one as a shiftwork train driver bloke man.

No am on a Pitman / Panama shift pattern fixed to day time. Although after freshening up we have to do mandatory 5 prayers. But on work days it's before 5am and off days 8 or even 9.30!

@Sazzio there are no 'regular' shift times with my job. If I am at home in the morning i make a coffee but that's the closest I get to a routine.
