In 2005, the United States and Ukraine reached an agreement to work together to dismantle or secure Soviet-era bioweapons left behind at facilities in Ukraine. The Pentagon’s Cooperative Threat Reduction Program (CTR) has been working with former Soviet republics for 30 years to clean up biohazards left behind in their countries, from places like Ukraine to Uzbekistan.

The US does not have labs in Ukraine..........the Ukranians have labs in Ukraine and countries like the US, England, China and others send scientists and money there to further study of infectious diseases in that part of the globe there.
All good lies have an element of truth to them. Yes US sends scientists and infectious disease experts to Ukraine and support money for that lab.................but so do 15 other countries.
