Biolabs? Yes. Under secretary of state, Victoria Nuland, finally admitted to the existence of US biolabs in Ukraine over fears that they would fall into the hands of Russia.

@revenant She denied it initially. Then said, well, maybe we have a few biolabs, but they aren't dangerous. Then it was holy sh*t, the Russian might get their hands on our bioweapons.
