I'm lonely

Do you guys think it would be a good idea to look online for someone to just have a platonic meal and a coffee with from time to time?
I feel like at my age it is harder to make friends if you don't have kids or a dog. 😔

Hate to admit it that's what am doing rn, I love my significant other but even though I wish I wasn't like this were too far away from each other one state away and sometimes I do long for that emotional caring thing being with someone gives you.

I won't judge you, just make sure this is what you want and why you're doing it as well as what you're doing and with whom!, Hehe
