I'm lonely

Do you guys think it would be a good idea to look online for someone to just have a platonic meal and a coffee with from time to time?
I feel like at my age it is harder to make friends if you don't have kids or a dog. 😔

It doesn't get any easier as you get older. Maybe join a club of people with similar interests, or with interests that you may find interesting. It's easy to have online friends, and to find a lot of pleasure chatting with them, but it's not the same as meeting face to face. I wish you luck.🙂
