I've had people in my life who were acquaintances, but have cared about me and encouraged me more than close friends.

Most of the people I've known have been acquaintances. Some I've wanted to be good friends.

I've had good friends that only lasted a meal, more the life that goes along with the career I chose. I seriously don't know how to make "friends". People who want to spend time with me are very few and far between
