The last time I went commando I got my dangly bits caught in a zipper - commando is dangerous for guys Learned my lesson real fast🤣

Shorts and a t-shirt. I only wear underpants and socks when it's cold outside.

I don't go commando. My wife has done it few times, usually wearing medical scrubs or a sexy dress for a formal evening.
