Did your friends disappear when your relationship broke down?

Yes mine did.
They wanted to know what happened.
Tried to convince me not to take him back.

But I noticed they stopped calling as much.

I don't think I've been down during this breakup I've been quite pragmatic. So this is weird for me.

Especially not seeing people like I used to.

Maybe my indifference is unsettling.

Maybe I should have been down just to make them feel useful. 🤷🏾

Actually, they disappeared as mine formed. I was with a woman before starting my current relationship with a man and since, many of my friends and acquaintances began drifting away from me. I guess everyone preferred me being a lesbian for whatever reason. Funny thing, though: I never once said that I was a lesbian. Not sure what it is about me being with a man that’s put people off, but it’s whatever.
