I choose friends here by who is compassionate, funny and will talk to me.

IRL, I don't know. I haven't met anyone I actually clicked with in many years. I tried but it ends up being stuff I don't want my son around.

At my age, you have a lot of time to reflect, ponder and question.

Got rid of so called friends, all except one.
Found that most were borderline if not narcissists, always taking never giving. They only kept me around if the situation would benefit them, especially when needing help and always love bombing,

Now: I'll look for givers and whats inside, not only common interests.

Here, it’s basically people I feel like I "click" with, and like. In rl, it’s often been people who started out as acquaintances, but who ended up hanging in there for the long hall. That’s why the friends I met most recently came into my life in 1999.

I’m pretty open with friends. I’m not especially picky, but no one has tried anything before. I hear all these crazy stories and somehow no one has messed with me yet.
