Long time friend

I'd been friends with someone for over 20 years. We shared many good times and bad. She was a big part of my life. About 3 years ago, she got into a relationship. I didn't remember his name most of the time because I only met him once for a few minutes. A little over a year ago, an incident happened and I stopped talking to her. It was just another indication that she changed in negative ways since she started dating the significant other. I was done with the friendship. It makes me sad how little I can now remember about the memories I shared with her.
