Sometimes we can be bastards to our friends in real life.
I went to a friend's home this past Saturday with a freshly caught snapping turtle we were going to clean and cook before other friends came over for a cookout of snapping turtle, Walleye, and steaks. My daughter was invited and came with her boyfriend.
So, I arrived way early with the turtle and we cleaned it and prepped it and went into the house to prepare other foods and to relax. We sat down in my friends living room and watched a movie as his dog humped this large stuffed green dragon back and forth across the living room. Then everyone showed up and we cooked and ate retiring to the living room with drinks and beers. This is where the bastard in me came out as I offered one friend the humped stuffed dragon as a bean bag chair. He sat on it before the home and dog owner could say not wait.
I was called a bastard, dang it.
