Ladies, would you be friends with a woman younger than you?

I get along with and like talking to a co worker who's in her 50's.

Older women befriended me when I was young, now I’m in my late 30s I’m between young and older. I get it now, young people give us energy and they make us laugh. My oldest friend is 56 and my youngest friend is 22 but he’s a guy.
