I wish this was an April Fools joke... WTF is "emotional salary"? Who wants this over more money?

Yeah, that crapola has been around for years. It's called how to screw your employees.

They changed the name of our job titles one year instead of giving us a raise at the university. As though that was as good as a raise. I had read about this being done a few months before in another country. It’s not like you can go to the store and buy anything with a change of name in a job title, is it?

The kind of management trash that could only have been created by some highly-paid (in actual money) consultant.
