Guys and Gallant men of SW: did you ever do sleepovers as a kid?

Did you spend the night at a friend's house when you were in elementary /middle school? What did you do?

1. Once behind my father's place. We played group monopoly all night! Two monopoly boards ! 🙃😊

2. My dad as well invited a friend to go with us once for a overnight stay at the Biltmore hotel in the late 60s.

We visited some museums there.

His mother and my father were as well friends.

3. One more time was a group campout for my senior year of highschool to Anza-Borrego Desert.

That was a German club school thing however.

The first and third times were mixed genders.

@Coralmist oh the Biltmore was very nice. Yet that was in downtown LA, not the desert. Even then it was exclusive.

@Coralmist my father had extremely high hopes for me!

Took me places that he really couldn't afford. Wanted me to be accustomed to that life style.

Why he sent me to Germany by myself. He couldn't afford to come along.

The suede jacket he bought me for the trip gave mom the fits!
