I need at least 3 hours to start my day: •5am wake up, coffee, read the headlines •5:30-6:30am work out •6:30-7:30am clean up, get dressed, get organized •7:45-8am out the door going to my office
friend of mine wakes up at 7:50am and leaves home for work before 8am. how? just the thought of that routine gives me tremendous anxiety 😱
