My worstie was excited to tell me he got a new tv, bc, unbeknownst to me..his hasn't been working well for a year.

He lives in another state now, and he never complained about his tv before. He recently lost his job due to a horrible situation where he was being physically abused, but finds out tmrw if he got the new gig for which he just interviewed.

He was kinda trying to almost justify his purchase to me....I guess he thought I would judge him for spending his own money when he has fallen on temporary hard times, but he shouldn't have. He was like, "I wouldn't have done it if they didn't offer a $9/mo payment plan."

I said, "Aw Ace, you don't have to justify it..I'm happy for you. How big?"

"Just 32 inches."

"That's what she said, hurr hurr."

We share an amazon account, so I surreptitiously swapped the payment method from his to mine. I told him I just scoped out his nice new tv, but that it looks like the order went in wonky. I can't wait to surprise him 🤭🤭🤭
