I have a couple of friends here. Still hard to make a friend anywhere though.

Kinda both though I’m just returning after a multi year hiatus

Yes I do have friends I chat with here, some I've known for years.
But as in RL we all have our lives to live, still there's a connection that keeps us connected.


Many a time we keep connected by commenting on each others Posts or at least rating them letting each other know were still around and have read it.

Might I add that it takes effort on both sides to make it work as friends, as in any relationship on or off-line maintaining it is not easy as one would think.

The main reason I am here is to meet people and chat with them. Friends come and go, of course, but I have had many good friendships over the years.

yes. but shes on break. and theres another user i have a crush on. never chat tho. i just admire them from afar

I come here to chat but sadly the ones I most want to chat with are barely here 😢

Oh I chat with people here in DM's if they're open to that. Usually first interact on posts, but not always. Sometimes it's just nice to chat about shared experiences without the distractions of 100 other people commenting.

Mostly just post and comment on posts. And I message people sometimes and a few people message me. Occasionally I use Google Chat to chat with a few friends.

Both. It's good to be able to reply on comments as well as chat on the phone when we both want to.

There are people here I get into deep, continuing conversations with.
I couldn't stay, otherwise.

Once in awhile I'll chat to people on here, mostly I'm here to feel better about being me.
